Abstract
In an extension to our previous work where we established that intermittency-type fluctuations as outlined by Bialas and Peschanski in the 1980s is present in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=$ 7 TeV, the analysis is continued to include more energies from Run 1 data from the CMS collaboration at CERN. A preliminary look into how the slope parameters in the bin-averaged scaled factorial moments vary with collision energy at the TeV scale is presented, and we outline possible areas planned for future studies.

Report
The authors study the intermittency in pp collisions at 0.9, 7 and 8 TeV from the CMS collaboration at LHC.
This study is interesting and and practically useful. The paper reads rather well. I recommend publication. I only offer the following minor comments/questions which to be addressed before publication:
1) I would suggest to rehearse the abstract. Remove the first sentence about the “In an extension….”. Add more details and Significance.
2) Define \phi_q.
3) Keep the same definition in whole draft: 0.9 TeV, change 900 GeV to 0.9 TeV
4) I would suggest to add “pp, CMS Preliminary” in the Figure1.
