Report

Charged lepton flavor violating decays are generically categorized in terms of changes to (L_mu - L_tau) versus changes to (L_mu + L_tau - 2 L_e). This nice classification nicely categorizes all available experimental limits and also points to new channels where experimental efforts could be well directed to search for new physics.
