Report
A series of studies devoted to renormgroup fixed points and the respective behavior of running couplings and in vaious models is reviewed. Particular emphasis is given to the searches if the infrared and ultraviolet fixed points at higher orders of perturbation theory. Various results concerning anomalous dimensions of gauge-invariant operators as well as beta-functions at higher orders of perturbation theory are compared with each other. Proper attention is concentrated on SU(N) teories with great number of fermion degrees of freedom and the conformal window is explored with due regard for the expansion in the parameter of deviation from the conformal point.
The text can also be viewed as a guide in extensive literature on the topic.

Strengths
1- a nice guide to the literature on Renormalization Group properties of the quantum field theory
Report
A nice mini-review on the renormgroup fixed points and on behavior of running couplings in the vicinity of the IRFP in the asymptotically free theories is presented. Comparison of results for anomalous dimensions of gauge-invariant operators and for beta-functions at higher orders of perturbation theory are provided. It is emphasized that results obtained for higher-loop orders allow better understanding of the IR properties of the theory in the conformal window than would be possible with the lowest-order (two-loop) results.
I definitely recommend the manuscriopt for publication.
Report
The paper gives very comprehensive review of the recent progress in the problem of higher-loopl calculations. An important issue of the IR fixed point in different QFTs is addresses with concrete examples of the dependence of the fixed point both on gauge and renormalization scheme. The results are very helpful for practitioners in the field.
