Report

Electromagnetic radiative corrections (RadCors) in semileptonic tau decays are discussed, since tau decays enable studies of QCD hadronization at low energies. Structure-dependent and structure-independent contributions to two-meson decay channels are compared using factorization models. Numerical values of RadCors for various decay modes are presented, which improves the precision and reduces uncertainties compared to prior estimates. These results help intesting new physics models in tau decays and contribute to precision tests of lepton flavor universality and CKM unitarity.
