Typos corrected, related to the choice of the metric signature:

• Text after Eq. (4.33): The time component of the vector u is positive instead of negative.
• Expression in Eq. (7.3): The z component of the vector u has a positive instead of negative sign.
• Paragraph before Eq. (7.28): Definitions of the vectors u and u-bar had typos:
  • The time components of u and u-bar are positive instead of negative.
  • The spacelike vector u-bar squares to +1 instead of -1.
• Paragraph before Eq. (8.15): The time component of the vector u is positive instead of negative.
