• Status of the Muon g-2 experiment at Fermilab

  The aim of the Muon g − 2 Experiment at Fermilab (E989) is to measure the muon anomalous magnetic moment (aμ) with a relative precision of 140 parts- per-billion (ppb). This precision, which is a factor of four improvement from the current experimental result, will allow for a much more stringent test of the Standard Model. This paper present the current status of the experimental measurement of aμ after the first physics run.

  The excellent quality kaon beam provided by the DAΦNE collider of LNF-INFN (Italy) together with SIDDHARTA/SIDDHARTA-2 new experimental techniques, as very precise and fast-response X-ray detectors, allow to perform unprecedented measurements on light kaonic atoms crucial for a deeper understanding of the low-energy quantum chromodynamics (QCD) in the strangeness sector. In this paper an overview of the main results obtained by the SIDDHARTA collaboration, as well as the future plans related to the SIDDHARTA-2 experiment, are discussed.

• Classical boundary field theory of Jacobi sigma models by Poissonization

  In this paper, we are going to construct the classical field theory on the boundary of the embedding of $\mathbb{R} \times S^{1}$ into the manifold $M$ by the Jacobi sigma model. By applying the poissonization procedure and by generalizing the known method for Poisson sigma models, we express the fields of the model as perturbative expansions in terms of the reduced phase space of the boundary. We calculate these fields up to the second order and illustrate the procedure for contact manifolds.

• Superradiant instability and black resonators in AdS

  Rapidly rotating Myers-Perry-AdS black holes are unstable against rotational superradiance. From the onset of the instability, cohomogeneity-1 black resonators are constructed in five-dimensional asymptotically AdS space. By using the cohomogeneity-1 metric, perturbations of the cohomogeneity-1 black resonators are also studied.

• Light Nuclei Production in Au+Au Collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}$ = 3 GeV from the STAR experiment

  Light nuclei production is expected to be sensitive to baryon density fluctuations and can be used to probe the signatures of QCD critical point and/or a first-order phase transition in heavy-ion collisions. In this proceedings, we present the spectra and yields of protons ($p$) and light nuclei ($d$, $t$, $^{3}\mathrm{He}$, $^{4}\mathrm{He}$) in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}$ = 3 GeV by the STAR experiment. Finally, it is found that the kinetic freeze-out dynamics (temperature $T_{kin}$ $vs.$ average radial flow velocity $\langle\beta_{T}\rangle$) at 3 GeV extracted with the blast-wave model deviate from the trends at high energies ($\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}$ = 7.7 - 200 GeV), indicating a different medium equation of state.

• Development of the detectors for the DeeMe experiment

  In the DeeMe experiment, approximately $70\ \mathrm{GHz/mm^{2}}$ prompt-charged particles will hit the multi-wire proportional chambers (MWPCs) before signal electrons come. To avoid the space charge effect, we developed fast HV-switching MWPCs in order to control the gas gain dynamically. All four of the MWPCs were manufactured. Last year, the circuit of readout amplifiers is slightly modified to further improve the efficiency of the detector, and we also started to investigate other possible choices of the gas mixture. In this article, the development of the detectors and results of performance tests will be presented.

• Latest Belle results on Tau decays

  We present preliminary results of a latest measurement at Belle, the branching fraction of rare tau decay, $\tau^- \rightarrow \pi^- \nu_{\tau} \ell^+ \ell^-$ ($\ell = e$ or $\mu$), using a 562 $\rm fb^{-1}$\ data set. The branching fraction of $\tau^- \rightarrow \pi^- e^+ e^- \nu_\tau$ is measured to be $\mathbf{ \mathcal{B}(\tau^-\rightarrow \pi^- e^+ e^- \nu_\tau) = (2.11 \pm 0.19 \pm 0.30) \times 10^{-5}}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. An upper limit is set on the branching fraction of $\tau^- \rightarrow \pi^- \mu^+ \mu^- \nu_\tau$, $\mathbf{\mathcal{B}(\tau^-\rightarrow \pi^- \mu^+ \mu^- \nu_\tau) < 1.06 \times 10^{-5}}$, at 90\% confidence level.

• Monte Carlo, fitting and Machine Learning for Tau leptons

  Status of tau lepton decay Monte Carlo generator TAUOLA, and its main recent applications are reviewed. It is underlined, that in recent efforts on development of new hadronic currents, the multi-dimensional nature of distributions of the experimental data must be taken with a great care. Studies for H to tau tau; tau to hadrons indeed demonstrate that multi-dimensional nature of distributions is important and available for evaluation of observables where tau leptons are used to constrain experimental data. For that part of the presentation, use of the TAUOLA program for phenomenology of H and Z decays at LHC is discussed, in particular in the context of the Higgs boson parity measurements with the use of Machine Learning techniques. Some additions, relevant for QED lepton pair emission and electroweak corrections are mentioned as well.

• Particle Physics with the Pierre Auger Observatory

  The Pierre Auger Observatory is the largest extensive air shower detector. Based on a hybrid system, this experiment measures the longitudinal shower development and the particles at the ground. This detection system allows the extraction of the p-air cross-section at energies much higher than the ones accessible by current colliders. It is also possible to test hadronic interaction models using correlations between different air shower observables, like the depth of shower maximum and the muon number at the ground and their fluctuations. Thanks to the low energy extension of the Pierre Auger Observatory, the muon deficit in air shower simulations can be addressed over almost three decades at the highest energies.

• Tau neutrinos in IceCube, KM3NeT and the Pierre Auger Observatory

  In 2018, the IceCube collaboration reported evidence for the identification of a blazar as an astrophysical neutrino source. That evidence is briefly summarised here before focusing on the prospects of tau neutrino physics in IceCube, both at high energies (astrophysical neutrinos) and at lower energies (atmospheric neutrino oscillations). In addition, future neutrino detectors such as KM3NeT and the IceCube Upgrade and their tau neutrino physics potential are discussed. Finally, the detection mechanism for high-energy (tau) neutrinos in the Pierre Auger Observatory and the resulting flux upper limits are presented.
