• Reference measurements for indirect dark matter searches with p+C collisions at the NA61/SHINE experiment

  NA61/SHINE is a large-acceptance fixed-target experiment located at the CERN SPS, which studies final hadronic states in interactions of various particles and nuclei. It is unique in terms of providing data on a variety of collision systems at different collision energies. This allows for wide deuteron, antiproton and antideuteron production cross-section studies. The latter are currently considered a possible dark matter interaction signal with exceptionally small background. The measurements on carbon targets are important to reduce systematic experimental effects due to experiment-internal antideuteron production, as the most abundant element in the path of an incoming particle for the AMS-02 experiment is carbon. This manuscript will focus on analysis of NA61/SHINE data on p+C thin target collisions in the context of light (anti)nuclei production. A preliminary analysis of experimental data and the particle identification method as well as current deuteron and antideuteron yields will be described.

• Probing new physics with the leptonic g-2

  We present a concise review of the new physics sensitivity of leptonic dipole moments and their interrelationship. In particular, focusing on the current muon g-2 anomaly, we analyse both high-energy and low-energy tests to confirm or to falsify it.

• Search for upward-going air showers with the fluorescence detector of the Pierre Auger Observatory

  The fluorescence detector (FD) of the Pierre Auger Observatory is sensitive to upward-going air showers for energies above $10^{17}$ eV. Given its operation time and wide field of view, the FD has the potential to support or constrain the recent "anomalous" observations by the ANITA detector, interpreted as upward-going air showers of unexplained nature. We have used 14 years of data collected by the FD to search for upward-going showers using a set of quality selection criteria defined using 10% of the full data sample. To distinguish candidates from false positives, calculate the exposure and obtain the expected background, dedicated simulations for signal (upward-going events) and background (downward-going events) have been performed. Results of the analysis after unblinding the data set are presented. Finally, the exposure and sensitivity for the specific scenario of a signal being ascribed to tau lepton decay are calculated and the corresponding upper limits are shown as a function of primary energy and in different zenith angle ranges.

  We present a multi-parton extension of the so-called small-$\boldsymbol{x}$ Improved Transverse Momentum Dependent (ITMD) factorization for hadroproduction of three or more jets in the forward rapidity region, allowing to study gluon saturation using such processes.

• Charmonium and bottomonium spectroscopy at Belle II

  The Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKB energy-asymmetric e+e− collider is an upgrade of the B factory facility at KEK in Tsukuba, Japan. The experiment began operation in 2019 and aims to record a factor of 50 times more data than its predecessor. Belle II is uniquely capable of studying the so-called "XYZ" particles: heavy exotic hadrons consisting of more than three quarks. First discovered by Belle, these now number in the dozens, and represent the emergence of a new category within quantum chromodynamics. We present recent results obtained from Belle II data, and the future prospects to explore both exotic and conventional quarkonium physics.

• Tau leptons as a tool to investigate the CP properties of the Higgs boson at CMS

  Among the Higgs boson decay channels, the one to tau leptons can offer insight into the properties of the Higgs boson. The structure under CP symmetry of the tau Yukawa coupling was investigated in CMS by reconstructing the decay planes of the two tau leptons and measuring their angular separation. Tau decay planes are reconstructed depending on the studied decay channel to take advantage of the correlation between the tau lepton spin and the momenta of its decay products. Using the data collected during the LHC Run 2 data-taking period, the study revealed that the Yukawa coupling is largely dominated by a pure CP-even component. A pure CP-odd Yukawa coupling is excluded with a 99.7% confidence level allowing to constrain the allowed phase space for possible BSM scenarios.

• Drell-Yan $p_{\bot}$ with NLO-matched Parton Branching TMDs at energies from fixed-target to LHC

  The description of the Drell-Yan (DY) transverse momentum spectrum requires matching of fixed order QCD calculations with soft gluon resummation up to all orders in the QCD coupling. It has been noticed in the literature that a consistent description of DY data in a wide kinematic regime from fixed-target to LHC energies is problematic. In this talk the predictions for transverse momentum spectrum of DY data coming from experiments in very different kinematic ranges (NuSea, R209, Phenix, LHC 8 TeV and 13 TeV center-of-mass energies $\sqrt{s}$) are calculated by applying transverse momentum dependent (TMD) parton distributions obtained from the Parton Branching (PB) method, combined with the next-to-leading-order (NLO) calculation of the hard process in the MCatNLO method. We discuss the problems involved in matching of the fixed order calculation and resummation, especially in the moderate to low mass and $p_{\bot}$ region accessible at fixed target experiments. We find that at low DY mass and low $\sqrt{s}$ even in the region of $p_{\bot}/m_{DY}\sim 1$ the contribution of multiple soft gluon emissions (included in the PB-TMDs) is essential to describe the measurements, while at larger masses and LHC energies the contribution from soft gluons in the region of $p_{\bot}/m_{DY}\sim 1$ is small.

• India based neutrino observatory, physics reach and status report

  The India-based Neutrino Observatory (INO) is a proposed underground facility located in India that will primarily house the magnetised Iron CALorimeter (ICAL) detector to study atmospheric neutrinos produced by interactions of cosmic rays with Earth's atmosphere. The physics goal is to to make precision measurements of the neutrino mixing and oscillation parameters through such a study. We present here the results from detailed simulations studies, as well as a status report on the project. In particular, we highlight the sensitivity of ICAL to the open issue of the neutrino mass ordering, which can be determined independent of the CP phase at ICAL.

• The open XYZ spin 1/2 chain: Separation of variables and scalar products for boundary fields related by a constraint

  We consider the open XYZ spin chain with boundary fields. We solve the model by the new Separation of Variables approach introduced in [J. M. Maillet and G. Niccoli, J. Stat. Mech.: Theory Exp. 094020 (2019)]. In this framework, the transfer matrix eigenstates are obtained as a particular sub-class of the class of so-called separate states. We consider the problem of computing scalar products of such separate states. As usual, they can be represented as determinants with rows labelled by the inhomogeneity parameters of the model. We notably focus on the special case in which the boundary parameters parametrising the two boundary fields satisfy one constraint, hence enabling for the description of part of the transfer matrix spectrum and eigenstates in terms of some elliptic polynomial $Q$-solution of a usual $TQ$-equation. In this case, we show how to transform the aforementioned determinant for the scalar product into some more convenient form for the consideration of the homogeneous and thermodynamic limits: as in the open XXX or XXZ cases, our result can be expressed as some generalisation of the so-called Slavnov determinant.

• Recent Studies of Exotic Hadrons at the LHCb Experiment

  Recent results on studies of exotic hadrons at the LHCb experiment are summarised. These are the observation of new resonances decaying to J/$\psi K^{+}$ and J/$\psi\phi$, evidence of a J/$\psi\Lambda$ structure and observation of excited $\Xi^{-}$ states in the $\Xi_{b}^{-}\to J/\psi \Lambda K^{-}$ decay and the study of $B_{s}^{0}\to J/\psi\pi^{+}\pi^{-}K^{+}K^{-}$ decays.
