Description
Science is born out of individuals' devotion and hard work, but the human side most often remains hidden between the lines of traditional scientific literature.SciPost Commemorations offers a publishing venue in which the people behind the science can be celebrated and/or remembered.
Scope
SciPost Commemorations are devoted to celebrating the life and work of influential academics.Content
Memorials, personal reminiscences, honorary pieces, honoris causae, laudatios, transcripts of celebratory presentations are all examples of appropriate content. Series hosted in this Journal:Acceptance criteria
To be accepted for publication in SciPost Commemorations, a submission should:

Submission and Editorial Process
[Optional; you can use markup]Authors should follow the authoring guidelines to ensure seamless processing of their manuscript. The SciPost Journals Terms and Conditions apply to all Submissions to SciPost Commemorations.
All incoming Submissions are thoroughly checked for plagiarism, and follow the peer-witnessed refereeing procedures outlined in Editorial procedure.
Minimal number of reports: at least 1 substantial report must have been received; all points raised must have been addressed either in resubmissions or in author replies before a recommendation for publication can be formulated.
All publication decisions are taken by the Editorial College (Multidisciplinary), following the rules set out in the Editorial College by-laws.
