• Correlations between azimuthal asymmetries and multiplicity and mean transverse momentum in small collisions systems in the CGC

  Considering a dilute-dense situation suitable for pA collisions, we compute in the Color Glass Condensate the correlation between azimuthal asymmetries, specifically the squared second Fourier coefficient $v_2^2$, and the total multiplicity in the event. We also analyse the correlation between $v_2^2$ and the mean squared transverse momentum of particles in the event. In both cases, we find that the correlations are generally very small, consistent with the observations. We also note an interesting sharp change in the value of $v_2^2$ and its correlations as a function of the width of the transverse momentum bin, related with a change of the dominance of Bose and HBT quantum correlations.

• The low-energy spectrum in DAMIC at SNOLAB

  The DAMIC experiment employs large-area, thick charge-coupled devices (CCDs) to search for the interactions of low-mass dark matter particles in the galactic halo with silicon atoms in the CCD target. From 2017 to 2019, DAMIC collected data with a seven-CCD array (40-gram target) installed in the SNOLAB underground laboratory. We report dark-matter search results, including a conspicuous excess of events above the background model below 200$V_{ee}$, whose origin remains unknown. We present details of the published spectral analysis, and update on the deployment of skipper CCDs to perform a more precise measurement by early 2023.

• Global Analysis of SSAs and the Impact of the EIC and SoLID on Tensor Charge Extractions

  Single transverse-spin asymmetries (SSAs) give great insight into the 3-dimensional structure of hadrons. We report on the first global QCD analysis of SSAs in semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering, electron-positron annihilation, Drell-Yan, and single-inclusive proton-proton collisions. One byproduct of the analysis is an extraction of the transversity function, from which the nucleon tensor charges can be computed, and we find, for the first time, agreement with lattice QCD for these quantities. Based on this analysis, we perform an impact study of future data on extractions of the nucleon tensor charges.

• Neutrinos from near and far: Results from the IceCube Neutrino Observatory

  Instrumenting a gigaton of ice at the geographic South Pole, the IceCube Neutrino Observatory has been at the forefront of groundbreaking scientific discoveries over the past decade. These include the observation of a flux of TeV-PeV astrophysical neutrinos, detection of the first astrophysical neutrino on the Glashow resonance and evidence of the blazar TXS 0506+056 as the first known astronomical source of high-energy neutrinos. Several questions, however, remain, pertaining to the precise origins of astrophysical neutrinos, their production mechanisms at the source and in Earth’s atmosphere and in the context of physics beyond the Standard Model. This proceeding highlights some of our latest results, from new constraints on neutrino interactions and oscillations to the latest measurements of the astrophysical neutrino flux and searches for their origins to future prospects with IceCube-Gen2.

• Ionization efficiency at sub-keV energies for crystals and noble liquids

  We study the ionization and light yields produced by nuclear recoils at low energies in pure crystals and noble liquids in the context of Lindhard's integral equation, incorporating the effects of binding energy, improved modeling of the electronic stopping, and electronic straggling. We consider three different models for the electronic stopping power that incorporate Coulomb repulsion effects at low energies, and Bohr electronic stripping for high energies. Finally, we discuss possible new effects near threshold.

• Backward-Angle (u-Channel) Meson Production from JLab 12~GeV Hall C to EIC

  The recent exclusive backward-angle electroproduction of omega from Jefferson Lab Hall C electron-proton fixed-target scattering experiments above the resonance region hints at a new domain of applicability of QCD factorization in a unique u-channel kinematics regime. Thanks to this effort, the interest in studying nucleon structure through u-channel meson production observables has grown significantly. In the fixed target configuration, theu-channel meson electroproduction observables feature a unique interaction picture: the target proton absorbs nearly all momentum induced by virtual photons and recoils forward, while the produced mesons (such as omega or pions) are left behind almost at rest near the target station. In this presentation, We provide a summary of the key observations of the existing u-channel meson production results, update-to-date theory insights, and a path to further exploration from JLab 12 GeV Hall C program to the future Electron-Ion Colliders

• Prompt hadroproduction of C-even quarkonia in the light-front $k_T$ -factorization approach

  We present a new approach for the prompt production of quarkonia which is based on the $k_T$-factorization method. The production of even C-parity quarkonia proceeds via the fusion of two (off-shell) gluons. Especially in the kinematics of the LHCb experiment these processes are thus expected to be a sensitive probe of the small-x gluon distribution. We calculate the relevant off-shell matrix elements in terms of the light-front wave functions of the quarkonium states. We present our results for scalar and pseudoscalar charmonia and discuss photon transition form factors as well as cross sections for prompt hadroproduction. We compare our results for the $\eta_c$ to recent LHCb data.

• Muon puzzle in inclined muon bundles detected by NEVOD-DECOR

  The data of cosmic ray NEVOD-DECOR experiment on the investigation of inclined muon bundles for a long time period (May 2012 - March 2021) are presented. The analysis showed that the observed intensity of muon bundles at primary cosmic ray energies of about 1 EeV and higher can be compatible with the expectation in frame of widely used hadron interaction models only under the assumption of an extremely heavy mass composition. This conclusion is consistent with data of several experiments on investigations of muon content in air showers, but contradicts the available fluorescence data on $X_{\text{max}}$ which favor a light mass composition at these energies. In order to clarify the nature of the "muon puzzle", investigations of the muon bundle energy deposit in the detector material were carried out. For the first time, experimental estimates of the average energy of muons in the bundles of inclined air showers initiated by primary particles with energies from 10 to 1000 PeV have been obtained.

• Recent Studies of Exotic Hadrons at the LHCb Experiment

  Recent results on studies of exotic hadrons at the LHCb experiment are summarised. These are the observation of new resonances decaying to J/$\psi K^{+}$ and J/$\psi\phi$, evidence of a J/$\psi\Lambda$ structure and observation of excited $\Xi^{-}$ states in the $\Xi_{b}^{-}\to J/\psi \Lambda K^{-}$ decay and the study of $B_{s}^{0}\to J/\psi\pi^{+}\pi^{-}K^{+}K^{-}$ decays.

• Drell-Yan $p_{\bot}$ with NLO-matched Parton Branching TMDs at energies from fixed-target to LHC

  The description of the Drell-Yan (DY) transverse momentum spectrum requires matching of fixed order QCD calculations with soft gluon resummation up to all orders in the QCD coupling. It has been noticed in the literature that a consistent description of DY data in a wide kinematic regime from fixed-target to LHC energies is problematic. In this talk the predictions for transverse momentum spectrum of DY data coming from experiments in very different kinematic ranges (NuSea, R209, Phenix, LHC 8 TeV and 13 TeV center-of-mass energies $\sqrt{s}$) are calculated by applying transverse momentum dependent (TMD) parton distributions obtained from the Parton Branching (PB) method, combined with the next-to-leading-order (NLO) calculation of the hard process in the MCatNLO method. We discuss the problems involved in matching of the fixed order calculation and resummation, especially in the moderate to low mass and $p_{\bot}$ region accessible at fixed target experiments. We find that at low DY mass and low $\sqrt{s}$ even in the region of $p_{\bot}/m_{DY}\sim 1$ the contribution of multiple soft gluon emissions (included in the PB-TMDs) is essential to describe the measurements, while at larger masses and LHC energies the contribution from soft gluons in the region of $p_{\bot}/m_{DY}\sim 1$ is small.
