• Derivation of relativistic Yakubovsky equations under Poincaré invariance

  Relativistic Faddeev-Yakubovsky four-nucleon scattering equations are derived including a 3-body force. We present these equations in the momentum space representation. The quadratic integral equations using the iteration method, in order to obtain boosted potentials and 3-body force, are demonstrated.

• Results on high energy galactic cosmic rays from the DAMPE space mission

  DAMPE (Dark Matter Particle Explorer) is a satellite-born experiment launched in 2015 in a sun-synchronous orbit at 500 km altitude, and it has been taking data in stable conditions ever since. Its main goals include the spectral measurements up to very high energies, cosmic electrons/positrons and gamma rays up to tens of TeV, and protons and nuclei up to hundreds of TeV. The detector's main features include the 32 radiation lengths deep calorimeter and large geometric acceptance, making DAMPE one of the most powerful space instruments in operation, covering with high statistics and small systematics the high energy frontier up to several hundreds TeV. The results of spectral measurements of different species are shown and discussed.

• Bogoliubov phonons in a Bose-Einstein condensate from the one-loop perturbative renormalization group

  Wilson's renormalization-group approach to the weakly-interacting single-component Bose gas is discussed within the symmetry-broken, condensate phase. Extending upon the work by Bijlsma and Stoof, wave-function renormalization of the temporal derivative contributions to the effective action is included in order to capture sound-like quasiparticle excitations with wave lengths larger than the healing-length scale. By means of a suitable rescaling scheme we achieve convergence of the coupling flows, which serve as a means to determine the condensate depletion in accordance with Bogoliubov theory, as well as the interaction-induced shift of the critical temperature.

• Calculation of asymptotic normalization coefficients in the complex-ranged Gaussian basis

  A new technique towards finding asymptotic normalization coefficients in the complex-ranged Gaussian basis is presented. It is shown that a diagonalisation procedure for the total Hamiltonian matrix in the given basis results in approximation for a radial part of the bound state wave function from the origin up to the far asymptotic distances, which allows to extract ANCs rather accurately. The method is illustrated by calculations of single-particle ANCs for nuclei bound states in cases of non-local nucleon-nucleus interactions, in particular, phenomenological global potentials with the Perey-Buck's non-locality.

• Top-quark mass determination in the optimised threshold scan

  One of the important goals at the future e$^+$e$^−$ colliders is to measure the top-quark mass and width in a scan of the pair production threshold. Presented in this work is the most general approach to the top-quark mass determination from the threshold scan at CLIC, with all relevant model parameters and selected systematic uncertainties included in the fit procedure. In the baseline scan scenario the top-quark mass can be extracted with precision of the order of 30 to 40 MeV, already for 100 fb$^{−1}$ of data collected at the threshold. We present the optimisation procedure based on the genetic algorithm with which the statistical uncertainty of the mass measurement can be reduced by about 20%.

• Resummation of the Sivers asymmetry in heavy flavor dijet production at the Electron-Ion Collider

  We review our transverse momentum dependent factorization and resummation formalism for heavy flavor dijet production at the EIC. In this formalism, we have calculated the heavy flavor mass corrections in the collinear-soft and jet functions, and in the resummed expression for the cross section. By establishing this formalism, we then study the effects of the mass corrections by providing predictions at the EIC for the massive case and for the case where the mass is neglected. We find that the heavy flavor mass effects can give sizable corrections to the predicted asymmetry.

• Exact effective action for the O(N) vector model in the large N limit

  We present the Wilsonian effective action as a solution of the exact RG equation for the critical $O(N)$ vector model in the large $N$ limit. Below four dimensions, the exact effective action can be expressed in a closed form as a transcendental function of two leading scaling operators with infinitely many derivatives. From the exact solution that describes the RG flow from a UV theory to the fixed point theory in the IR, we obtain the mapping between UV operators and IR scaling operators. It is shown that IR scaling operators are given by sums of infinitely many UV operators with infinitely many derivatives.

• Limits to gauge coupling in the dark sector of super-heavy dark matter particles from the Pierre Auger Observatory data

  Assuming that the energy density of super-heavy particles matches that of dark matter observed today, tight constraints on the couplings governing the decay process are presented as a function of the particle mass. These constraints are obtained from the lack of signatures that would be suggestive of decaying super-heavy $X$ particles in the data of the Pierre Auger Observatory. In particular, instanton-induced decay processes allow us to derive a bound on the reduced coupling constant of gauge interactions in the dark sector: $\alpha_X \lesssim 0.09$, for $10^{9} \lesssim M_X/\mathrm{GeV} < 10^{19}$. Cosmological aspects for super-heavy dark matter production during the reheating epoch are discussed.

• The composition of cosmic rays according to the data on EAS cores

  The main purpose of this work is to find the causes of the break of the cosmic ray spectrum at an energy of 3 PeV, which is called the knee. The solution of the problem is associated with the determination of the nuclear composition of cosmic rays in the knee area. The conclusions of this work are based on the analysis of the characteristics of the EAS cores obtained using X-ray emulsion chambers. According to these data, a number of anomalous effects are observed in the knee region, such as scaling violation in the spectra of secondary hadrons, an excess of muons in EAS with gamma families and others. At the same energies equivalent to 1-100 PeV the laboratory system colliders show scaling behavior. So analysis of the data on the EAS cores suggests that the knee in their spectrum is formed by a component of cosmic rays of a non-nuclear nature, possibly consisting of stable (quasi-stable) particles of hypothetical strange quark matter, which named strangelets. This is the only model of the knee compatible with the magnetic rigidity of the nuclear spectra break R=100 TV. In fact, stranglets are stable heavy quasi-nuclei with a positive electric charge of Z=30-1000, so the mechanism of their acceleration coincides with the nuclear one. The break of the cosmic ray spectrum can be associated with a significantly larger mass of strangelets compared to nuclei.

• The full coverage approach to the detection of Extensive Air Showers

  A shower array exploiting the full coverage approach with a high segmentation of the readout allow to image the front of atmospheric showers with unprecedented resolution and detail. The grid distance determines the energy threshold (small energy showers are lost in the gap between detectors) and the quality of the shower sampling. Therefore, this experimental solution is needed to detect showers with a threshold in the 100 GeV range. The full coverage approach has been exploited in the ARGO-YBJ experiment. In this contribution we will summarise the advantages of this technique and discuss possible applications in new wide field of view detectors.
