• Cosmic ray measurements with IceCube and IceTop

  IceCube is a cubic-kilometer Cherenkov detector in the deep ice at the geographic South Pole. The dominant event yield in the deep ice detector consists of penetrating atmospheric muons with energies above approximately 300 GeV, produced in cosmic ray air showers. In addition, the surface array, IceTop, measures the electromagnetic component and GeV muons of air showers. Hence, IceCube and IceTop yield unique opportunities to study cosmic rays with unprecedented statistics in great detail. We will present recent results of comic ray measurements from IceCube and IceTop. In this overview, we will highlight measurements of the energy spectrum of cosmic rays from 250 TeV up to the EeV range and their mass composition above 3 PeV. We will also report recent results from measurements of the muon content in air showers and discuss their consistency with predictions from current hadronic interaction models.

• Central exclusive diffractive production of axial-vector $f_{1}$ mesons in proton-proton collisions

  Exclusive production of axial-vector $f_{1}(1285)$ meson in proton-proton collisions via pomeron-pomeron fusion within the tensor-pomeron approach is discussed. Two ways to construct the pomeron-pomeron-$f_{1}$ coupling are presented. We adjust the parameters of our model to the WA102 experimental data and compare with predictions of the Sakai-Sugimoto model. Predictions for LHC experiments are given.

• The tower of Kontsevich deformations for Nambu-Poisson structures on $\mathbb{R}^d$: Dimension-specific micro-graph calculus

  In Kontsevich's graph calculus, internal vertices of directed graphs are inhabited by multi - vectors, e.g., Poisson bi - vectors; the Nambu - determinant Poisson brackets are differential - polynomial in the Casimir(s) and density $\varrho$ times Levi - Civita symbol. We resolve the old vertices into subgraphs such that every new internal vertex contains one Casimir or one Levi - Civita symbol×$\varrho$. Using this micro - graph calculus, we show that Kontsevich's tetrahedral $\gamma_3$-flow on the space of Nambu - determinant Poisson brackets over $\mathbb{R}^3$ is a Poisson coboundary: we realize the trivializing vector field $\vec{X}$ over $\mathbb{R}^3$ using micro - graphs. This $\vec{X}$ projects to the known trivializing vector field for the $\gamma_3$-flow over $\mathbb{R}^2$.

• $τ$ lepton mass measurement at BESIII

  In order to obtain the mass of $\tau$ lepton at BESIII precisely, a beam energy measurement system was built at BEPCII. A scenario for high precision $\tau$ mass measurement was put forth before data taken. More than 130 $pb^{-1}$ $\tau$ mass scan data were collected in April 2018, and the uncertainty of $m_{\tau}$ is expected to be less than 100 keV.

• Searches for dark matter with the ATLAS detector

  The presence of a non-baryonic Dark Matter (DM) component in the Universe is inferred from the observation of its gravitational interaction. If DM interacts weakly with Standard Model (SM) particles it could be produced at the LHC. The ATLAS experiment has developed a broad search program for DM candidates in final states with large missing transverse momentum produced in association with other SM particles (light and heavy quarks, photons, Z and H bosons, as well as additional heavy scalar particles). The results of recent searches on 13 TeV pp data, their interplay and interpretation are presented.

• A general approach to noncommutative spaces from Poisson homogeneous spaces: Applications to (A)dS and Poincaré

  In this contribution we present a general procedure that allows the construction of noncommutative spaces with quantum group invariance as the quantization of their associated coisotropic Poisson homogeneous spaces coming from a coboundary Lie bialgebra structure. The approach is illustrated by obtaining in an explicit form several noncommutative spaces from (3+1)D (A)dS and Poincaré coisotropic Lie bialgebras. In particular, we review the construction of the $\kappa$-Minkowski and $\kappa$-(A)dS spacetimes in terms of the cosmological constant L. Furthermore, we present all noncommutative Minkowski and (A)dS spacetimes that preserve a quantum Lorentz subgroup. Finally, it is also shown that the same setting can be used to construct the three possible 6D $\kappa$-Poincaré spaces of time-like worldlines. Some open problems are also addressed.

• Quantum cylindrical integrability in magnetic fields

  We present the classification of quadratically integrable systems of the cylindrical type with magnetic fields in quantum mechanics. Following the direct method used in classical mechanics by [F Fournier et al 2020 J. Phys. A: Math. Theor. 53 085203] to facilitate the comparison, the cases which may a priori differ yield 2 systems without any correction and 2 with it. In all of them the magnetic field B coincides with the classical one, only the scalar potential W may contain a $\hbar^2$-dependent correction. Two of the systems have both cylindrical integrals quadratic in momenta and are therefore not separable. These results form a basis for a prospective study of superintegrability.

• Reduction in radioactivity-induced backgrounds using a novel active veto detector for rare event search experiments

  The results of a newly developed annular cryogenic phonon-mediated active veto detector are discussed which shows a significant reduction of radioactivity-induced backgrounds in rare event search experiments. The veto detector is made up of germanium weighing $\sim$500 g with an outer diameter of 76 mm and an inner diameter of 28 mm. The detector can host a 25 mm diameter germanium inner target detector of mass $\sim$10 g. A GEANT4 simulation with the active veto and inner target detector shows a gamma background reduction of 50 - 80% which is further improved (> 90%) with 4$\pi$ veto coverage. Experimental measurements with the detector assembly agree well with the simulation.

• Reconciling the FOPT and CIPT predictions for the hadronic tau decay rate

  In a recent work it was suggested that the discrepancy observed in the perturbation series behavior of the $\tau$ hadronic decay rate determined in the FOPT and CIPT approaches can be explained from a different infrared sensitivity inherent to both methods, assuming that the major source of the discrepancy is the asymptotic behavior of the series related to the gluon condensate renormalon. This implies that the predictions of both methods may be reconciled in infrared subtracted perturbation theory. In this talk we explore this implication concretely in the large-$\beta_0$ approximation, where the perturbation series is known to all orders, using a renormalon-free scheme for the gluon condensate.

  The Tunka-Grande experiment is a scintillation array with about 0.5 km$^2$ sensitive area at Tunka Valley, Siberia, for measuring charged particles and muons in extensive air showers (EASs). Tunka-Grande is optimized for cosmic ray studies in the energy range 10 PeV to about 1 EeV, where exploring the composition is of fundamental importance for understanding the transition from galactic to extragalactic origin of cosmic rays. This paper attempts to provide a synopsis of the current results of the experiment. In particular, the reconstruction of the all-particle energy spectrum in the range of 10 PeV to 1 EeV based on experimental data from four observation seasons is presented.
