• Implications of exclusive J/$\psi$ photoproduction in a tamed collinear factorisation approach to NLO

  We discuss exclusive J/$\psi$ photoproduction, initially in conventional collinear factorisation at NLO and then subsequently in a refined approach with a programme of low x resummation and implementation of a crucial low $Q_0$ subtraction included. We compare and contrast predictions in both frameworks and remark about the possibility to constrain and ultimately determine the low x and low scale gluon PDF, emphasising the significance of this for future global PDF analyses.

• Three-nucleon force effects in the FSI configuration of the d(n, nn)p breakup reaction

  We investigated three-nucleon (3N) force effects in the final state interaction (FSI) configuration of the d(n, nn)p breakup reaction at the incoming nucleon energy E n = 200 MeV. Although 3N force effects for the elastic nucleon-deuteron scattering cross section at comparable energies are located predominantly in the region of intermediate and backward angles, the corresponding 3N force effects for the integrated FSI configuration breakup cross section are found also at forward scattering angles.

• Prospects of measurements on the anomalous magnetic and electric dipole moments of the $\tau$-neutrino in $pp$ collisions at the LHC

  In this paper the production cross-section $pp\rightarrow (\gamma, Z) \to \nu_\tau \bar \nu_\tau \gamma+X$ in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13, 14, 33\hspace{0.8mm}TeV$ is presented. Furthermore, we estimate bounds at the $95\%$ C.L. on the dipole moments of the $\tau$-neutrino using integrated luminosity of ${\cal L}= 100, 500, 1000, 3000 \hspace{0.8mm}fb^{-1}$ collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC and we consider systematic uncertainties of $\delta_{sys} = 0\%, \, 5\%, \,10\%$. We found that the current and future LHC bounds are weaker than other experiments reported in the literature. However, it is shown that the process under consideration is a good prospect for probing the dipole moments of the $\tau$-neutrino at the LHC.

• Proving the dimension-shift conjecture

  We prove the conjecture made by Bern, Dixon, Dunbar, and Kosower that describes a simple dimension shifting relationship between the one-loop structure of N = 4 MHV amplitudes and all-plus helicity amplitudes in pure Yang-Mills theory. The proof captures all orders in dimensional regularisation using unitarity cuts, by combining massive spinor-helicity with Coulomb-branch supersymmetry. • Noise-induced transport in the Aubry-André-Harper model

  We study quantum transport in a quasiperiodic Aubry-André-Harper (AAH) model induced by the coupling of the system to a Markovian heat bath. We find that coupling the heat bath locally does not affect transport in the delocalized and critical phases, while it induces logarithmic transport in the localized phase. Increasing the number of coupled sites at the central region introduces a transient diffusive regime, which crosses over to logarithmic transport in the localized phase and in the delocalized regime to ballistic transport. On the other hand, when the heat bath is coupled to equally spaced sites of the system, we observe a crossover from ballistic and logarithmic transport to diffusion in the delocalized and localized regimes, respectively. We propose a classical master equation, which in the localized phase, captures our numerical observations for both coupling configurations on a qualitative level and for some parameters, even on a quantitative level. Using the classical picture, we show that the crossover to diffusion occurs at a time that increases exponentially with the spacing between the coupled sites, and the resulting diffusion constant decreases exponentially with the spacing.

• Finite-time bounds on the probabilistic violation of the second law of thermodynamics

  Jarzynski's equality sets a strong bound on the probability of violating the second law of thermodynamics by extracting work beyond the free energy difference. We derive finite-time refinements to this bound for driven systems in contact with a thermal Markovian environment, which can be expressed in terms of the geometric notion of thermodynamic length. We show that finite-time protocols converge to Jarzynski's bound at a rate slower than $1/\sqrt{\tau}$, where $\tau$ is the total time of the work-extraction protocol. Our result highlights a new application of minimal dissipation processes and demonstrates a connection between thermodynamic geometry and the higher order statistical properties of work.

• The Soft Anomalous Dimension at four loops in the Regge Limit

  The soft anomalous dimension governs the infrared divergences of scattering amplitudes in general kinematics to all orders in perturbation theory. By comparing the recent Regge-limit results for $2\to2$ scattering (through Next-to-Next-to-Leading Logarithms) in full colour to a general form for the soft anomalous dimension at four loops we derive powerful constraints on its kinematic dependence, opening the way for a bootstrap-based determination.

• pySecDec as a tool for expansion by regions and loop amplitude evaluation

  We present the new release of pySecDec, a toolbox for the evaluation of dimensionally regulated parameter integrals. The main new features consist of an automated way to perform expansions, based on the geometric approach to the method of expansion by regions, and a new algorithm to efficiently evaluate linear combinations of integrals as needed for the calculation of scattering amplitudes. The other new features are also summarised briefly.

• New developments in KKMChh: Quark-level exponentiated radiative corrections and semi-analytical results

  We describe a new semi-analytical program, KKhhFoam, which provides a simplified framework for testing the amplitude-level exponentiation scheme (CEEX) of the full KKMChh program in the semi-soft limit. The structure of the KKhhFoam integrand is also helpful for elucidating the structure of CEEX. We also discuss the representation of ISR in KKMChh and compare the ISR added by KKMChh to the effect of switching to a QED-corrected PDF, at the individual quark level, and suggest a new approach to running KKMChh with QED-corrected PDFs.

• Developments since Kira 2.0

  Last year we released version 2.0 of the Feynman integral reduction program Kira. In this contribution we first report on changes and new features since then and, secondly, on new features for upcoming releases.
